I’ve always loved pop culture. Movies, books, superheroes, Jedi — they’ve shaped me as much as any philosophy or spiritual text. So I thought: why not let them inspire meditations too?

These sessions are part guided meditation, part playful encounter with some of my favorite characters — a way to tap into their strengths and bring a little of their magic into our own lives:
